Funeral for Andrew Graham Owen-Jones
We are sorry to break the news that Andy Owen-Jones has passed peacefully at home on the 30th March after a long and happy life.
We would like to invite you to his funeral, a celebration of a life well lived, on the 8th May. It will be held at Dad's usual church (St Michael's in Waddington). The service begins at midday, and we welcome everyone who knew him to attend. Dad was a big part of the community and was a familiar face for many so please don't be a stranger, your presence will mean the world.
Please bring tissues and cherished memories of Dad to share, it will no doubt be an emotional day, but we would like to ask everyone to come with a smile as Dad would have wanted. Dress code is whatever you are most comfortable in, cowboy hats are optional!
Following the service Dad will be carried for his final journey by horse and carriage to Lincoln crematorium for a brief family only committal service. Following this we will be holding a gathering at The Bull in Bracebridge Heath to continue celebrating his life where there will be refreshments, drinks and happy memories flowing.
Please let anyone who knew him know, and please pass on the warmest of welcomes from myself to join us to celebrate and remember his life. We truly appreciate your support and love during this difficult time.
